The national flag of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a vertical blue, gold, and green tricolour marked by three green diamonds in the gold band. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs describes the diamonds as gemstones and notes that the flag is sometimes known as The Gems.
Flag design and meaning
A blue vertical band at the hoist, a broader gold centre, and a green fly make up the current flag. Three green diamond shapes sit in the middle of the gold band as a V. The current layout has neither white dividing stripes nor an arms-on-breadfruit-leaf emblem.
